A Cut Above the Rest
Keene Ag Enterprises is offering custom processed beef and lamb. We will offer whole, halves, and quarters of beef. We will also be offering whole processed lamb. These are not products that we will stock, these are products that will be grown, finished and packed specifically for your family. These animals will be grass raised and grain finished and the meat will be high quality. Please contact us today to make arrangements to fill your freezer.
What to expect from your Beef Purchase
Quarter
Approximately 212 pounds of hanging weight, an estimated 105 pounds of actual beef.
$100 Nonrefundable Deposit Required
Half
Approximately 425 pounds of hanging weight, an estimated 210 lbs of actual beef
$250 Deposit Nonreundable Deposit Required
Whole
Approximately 850 lbs of hanging weight, an estimated 425 lbs of actual beef
$500 Nonrefundable Deposit Required
What to expect from your Lamb Purchase
Lambs are sold as whole animals only. Our Lambs will weigh approximately 140lbs and will be sold on a live-weight basis plus the cost of processing. Each lamb should yield approximately 55-60 lbs of take-home product.

All animals will be sold on a live-weight basis plus the cost of processing. Please contact us for a cost estimate and the time frame in which your product will be ready for pick up.
Custom Options
Once you place a deposit for your animal, we will email you a cut sheet to fill out. We will be available to answer any questions that you may have. Filling out the cut sheet gives you the ability to choose exactly how your beef will be processed.
Freezer Space
One cubic foot of freezer space equates to 35-40 lbs of packaged meat.
- A lamb will require about 2 cubic feet of freezer space
- A quarter beef will require 3 cubic feet of freezer space
- A half beef will require 6 cubic feet of freezer space
- A whole beef will require 12 cubic feet of freezer space
